Crypto wallets & exchange withdrawals

You Stay in Control. Every Step of the Way.

CryptoPayout provides personal, practical assistance with cryptocurrency wallets and exchange withdrawals. I work alongside you, explain the available options, and help you understand each step. You remain in control of your accounts and personally authorize and execute all transactions.

What I can help with

Problems with crypto are often technical rather than lost causes. I help you understand what is going on and what you can do about it, on your own devices and in your own accounts.

Getting back into your own wallet

A wallet app that no longer opens, a new phone, an old wallet file. If you still have your own recovery phrase or backup, I help you restore access yourself, without ever seeing your secrets.

Exchange withdrawals that get stuck

Withdrawals that stay pending, get rejected or are put on hold. I help you understand the exchange's messages and requirements, and what you need to do to complete them.

From crypto to your bank account

Selling crypto for euros and withdrawing to your own bank account via SEPA, step by step, so you know exactly what happens and what it costs.

Networks, addresses and fees

Which network to use, why a transaction is waiting, what an address format means, and what network and exchange fees you will pay. Explained before you proceed.

If an exchange requires identity verification or other checks, I help you understand and complete them yourself. I cannot and will not bypass them.

Why withdrawals get stuck more often now

New European rules leave many people stuck when they try to turn their crypto into euros in their bank account. Two sets of rules play a big part.

MiCA

MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the EU law for crypto companies. Since 1 July 2026, exchanges without a European licence may no longer serve customers in the EU. Some exchanges therefore close accounts, restrict features or stop euro withdrawals via SEPA.

DAC8

DAC8 is an EU directive on tax information. Since 1 January 2026, crypto service providers collect extra details from their customers, such as your tax residence and tax identification number, and pass them on to the tax authorities. If you haven't provided those details, an exchange may hold back withdrawals.

Example: KuCoin

On exchanges such as KuCoin, users in the Netherlands can't (or can no longer) simply withdraw euros to their bank account via SEPA. There is often a legal route, for example moving your crypto to an exchange with a European licence, in your own name, and selling and withdrawing to your own bank account there.

I don't give tax or legal advice. I explain what these rules mean in practice for your withdrawal, and you carry out every step yourself.

How it works

Your accounts, your devices, your decisions. I explain, you act.

  1. You log in

You log in to your own wallet or exchange account, on your own device.

  2. We look at the problem together

I examine the problem alongside you and explain the available options.

  3. I explain each step

I guide you through the relevant screens and explain the technical implications of each step.

  4. You decide and execute

You personally enter sensitive information, review the transaction details, and authorise and execute every transaction.

  5. You verify the result

You check the result in your own wallet, exchange account or bank account.

At your home, or remotely

I prefer to visit you at home. We sit side by side and work on your own devices, which is the most comfortable and the safest way. If that isn't possible, we can work remotely by video call while you share your screen. I watch and explain, but I never take over your computer.

Whenever you type a password, PIN, code or recovery phrase, I look away or you turn the screen away from me. When working remotely, you pause screen sharing.

Your secrets stay yours

Never share your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or authentication codes with anyone, including CryptoPayout. No legitimate recovery process requires you to disclose these secrets to a consultant.

Does anyone ask you for them, even someone claiming to be me? Stop, and contact me only through the details on this website.

Your money and crypto never pass through me

  • I will never ask you to transfer cryptocurrency to a wallet, exchange account or bank account that I control.
  • Any proceeds go directly into your own verified accounts.
  • If a transaction costs network fees or exchange charges, I explain them before you proceed. You pay those to the network or the exchange, not to me.

What I don't promise

  • I cannot guarantee that access will be restored or that a withdrawal will succeed. Some problems cannot be solved, for example if a wallet's recovery phrase and every backup are lost.
  • I don't bypass exchange restrictions, identity verification (KYC) or legal requirements.
  • I don't give investment, tax or legal advice.

I do not recover money lost to scams

CryptoPayout does not trace, recover or reclaim funds lost to scams, theft or fraud. Anyone who promises to get that money back, especially for a fee paid up front, is very likely running a recovery scam targeting people who have already been scammed once.

Warning signs of a recovery scam

  • Guaranteed results, or a promise to “trace” your stolen crypto
  • Fees paid up front, or payment in cryptocurrency
  • Asking for your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords or codes
  • Asking you to install remote-control software (such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer) or to send crypto “for verification”
  • Posing as the police, a regulator, a lawyer or an exchange

Have you been scammed? Report it to the police (politie.nl) and the Fraudehelpdesk.

Fees

A simple, all-in fee based on what actually arrives in your bank account.

10% of the final withdrawal

The total of the SEPA transfers received in your own bank account.

  • Minimum €100
  • Maximum €1,000
  • All-in price

Nothing withdrawn?

Then you pay a fixed €30 to cover my costs, such as travel.

Examples

€500 arrives€100minimum
€4,000 arrives€40010%
€25,000 arrives€1,000maximum

Payment

Paid afterwards, once the money is in your own bank account. By bank transfer, or another way we agree on (cash is fine). Never in crypto, and never deducted from your funds.

Network fees and exchange charges are separate. You pay them directly to the network or exchange, and I explain them before you proceed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need my password, recovery phrase or 2FA code?

No. Never. You type them yourself, and I look away while you do. No legitimate recovery process requires you to share them with a consultant.

Will I have to send crypto or money to you?

No. Your money and crypto never pass through me. Proceeds go straight to your own accounts. My fee is paid afterwards and separately, never in crypto.

Do you come to my home, or can it be done remotely?

I prefer to visit you at home. Remote help is possible too, by video call while you share your screen. I never take over your computer and never ask you to install remote-control software.

I can't withdraw euros from KuCoin to my bank account. Can you help?

There is often a legal route, for example moving your crypto to an exchange with a European licence, in your own name, and withdrawing to your own bank account there. I look at what is possible in your situation together with you, and you carry out every step yourself.

What do MiCA and DAC8 mean for me?

Under MiCA, exchanges without a European licence may no longer serve customers in the EU since 1 July 2026. Under DAC8, exchanges have been asking for extra details for the tax authorities since 1 January 2026. Both can cause a withdrawal to get stuck. See Why withdrawals get stuck more often now.

Can you guarantee that I get my funds out?

No. I can explain the options and help you through them, but the outcome depends on the wallet, the exchange and your situation. Be wary of anyone who does guarantee it.

Can you get back money I lost to a scam?

No. I don't trace or recover funds lost to scams, theft or fraud. Report it to the police and the Fraudehelpdesk, and be very careful with anyone who offers to recover it for a fee.

What should I have ready?

The device(s) you use for your wallet or exchange, your login details (which you keep to yourself), any backup or recovery phrase you have (which you keep to yourself), and the details of your own bank account if you want to withdraw to it.

What does it cost?

10% of what arrives in your bank account, with a minimum of €100 and a maximum of €1,000, all-in. If nothing is withdrawn, you pay €30 to cover costs. See Fees.

Which languages do you speak?

English and Dutch.

About me

I'm Robert. I help private individuals who are stuck with a crypto wallet or an exchange withdrawal. I take the time to explain things in plain language, in English or Dutch, and I work as a private person, not as a bank, broker or exchange.

Get in touch
